Overview & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ace265 ("ace265", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ace265 website located at https://ace265.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the ace265 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

1.2 Account Responsibility

• Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. ace265 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access where reasonable security practices were not followed by the user.

• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your account on your behalf.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

ace265 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via verified payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ace265 account balance within two (2) minutes of a successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.
• ace265 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• ace265 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

2.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and daily processing volumes.
• ace265 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

ace265 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are provided at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Promotions are available to registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and time limits.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, each Promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

4. Game Rules & Betting

The ace265 Platform offers casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games) and a sportsbook (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets). All games and betting markets are provided by licensed third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by a real human dealer operating under independent studio supervision. ace265 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace265 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with games or betting markets in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Platform's underlying code, databases, or server infrastructure.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts or degrades the service for other users.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ace265 staff or other players via any communication channel.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace265 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, game, or service provided therein.

• ace265 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability.
• ace265 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or mobile network interruptions on the player's side.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace265 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
• ace265's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace265 Platform — including but not limited to the ace265 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace265 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ace265.
• The ace265 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ace265. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ace265 operates. ace265 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

If you have a dispute with ace265, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ace265 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate competent authority.

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player's account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. ace265 may close or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ace265 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You fail to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• ace265 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
